Your Entry

When sending your entry it may take a while for your files to be uploaded so please be patient, do not leave the page during the process, wait until you see the “Thank You” screen or your entry may not be submitted.

Please keep the uploaded files to a maximum of 20 MB, entries are being viewed online and we therefore do not need a high resolution version of the entry for the judging stage.

For video content we prefer links to Vimeo, Youtube or other online service rather than receiving media files directly.

If there is no alternative, please use WeTransfer, Hightail or other file sending programs and send the entry separately to: entries@mindmediaawards.org.uk

Please quote your unique ID number to help us identify the entry.

Please provide an entry synopsis. Please outline how this entry helped to further the understanding of the issues covered (max. 300 words).
What impact did your entry have? Please provide any evidence you may have about the reach and impact of your submission such as viewing figures, circulation, online reach etc (max 200 words).
Your entry and any supporting documentation submitted will only be used for the purposes of the Mind Media Awards. This information will not be considered as confidential unless clearly identified as Confidential. You agree that Mind can use the information, or parts of the information contained in the Entry submitted, for judging, for publicity purposes, in or on any media and for the purposes of promoting the Mind Media Awards.
